It’s important to us that healing is accessible to everyone and that those often underrepresented on retreat and in yoga spaces are actively welcomed and able to be a part of the retreat. A time to reconnect deeply with ourselves and with community
Stillness & Chaos
During this retreat we will reference different healing modalities to work with chaos and stillness to move towards a place inside of clarity, stillness and Knowing.

Skill level: Intermediate
A basic comfort -level with yoga. We will be teaching Hatha, vinyasa, yin and nidra yoga

La Placa - A quaint hotel filled with style and grace
Here in lies a little paradise of gentle, rolling hills, and Madremanya stands at the heart of it. La Placa is a hotel with lush garden, comfy beds and friendly staff.

All rooms are doubles or triples with en-suite bathrooms.

Check-in: Saturday May 14 at 3pm. If you arrive at 1pm, you are welcome to leave your suitcases at my house and explore the village until your rooms are ready

About Us
Nathalie and Eszter met in Sudan in 2008 at Blue Nile Lotus, the local yoga studio. Ten years later they started creating retreats together. From the Red Sea in Port Sudan to Hungary, they craft retreats that facilitate the movement inward towards stillness and clarity. Their passions and the modalities they bring including, yoga (from ashtanga to yin yoga), mindfulness practice, massage practice, pranayama and spiritual psychotherapy.
How to get to Madremanya
Fly to Girona Airport (shortest distance)
The closest airport to Madremanya is Girona Airport. Ryanair has flights to Girona Airport. From the airport in Girona you can take a cab to Madremanya (range from 60 - 100 euros).

Fly to Barcelona Airport
You can fly into Barcelona Airport. From the airport take a taxi to Barcelona Sants Estacio and then a train. There are two options for trains.
1- The Avant train to Girona station is 39min. From the Girona station take a taxi to Madremanya or the bus (line 55 Bus).
2- The second train option is to take a MD train to Flaca. The train takes 1 hour 30min. From Flaca take a taxi to Madremanya.
