Our approach

Neither Eszter nor I claim to have the silver magic bullet to happiness. What we have is a deep passion for life and the appreciation of the preciousness and messiness that comes with being human. In that we have both explored different modalities and wish to merge them together to create a unique retreat that we will experience together in community, learning from each other. What we hope to create is the conditions for you to taste and touch into your essence - not what others want you to be, but rather who you are when the fragmented parts fall to the side.

 

This will be an intimate retreat for 12 people. We will practice in my home that is located in the village. You will sleep next door at a quaint and comfortable hotel called La Place. The owner plants his own vegetables, and the hotel has a lush garden with a small pool. A private chef will prepare meals, based on the season and the local produce. The meals are designed to harmonize the body with the surrounding nature. We will eat together in community.

  • Daily yoga practice including vinyasa, yin and hatha yoga

  • Daily meditation practice including mindfulness and visualization practices

  • Pranayama practices

  • Deep rest and yoga nidra practices

  • Group work

  • Reflection time & play time

  • Walks in nature

  • Potentially an afternoon at the beach

  • 3 vegetarian meals a day

What to bring

  • Antihistamines if you have seasonal allergies

8:00 - 9:30: Yoga & meditation 

9:30 - 10:30: Breakfast

10:30 - 12:30: Exploration 

13:00 - 15:00: Lunch & free time

15:00 - 17:30: Meditation, movement and journaling 

17:30 - 18:30: Sunset walk

19:00 - 20:00: Dinner
