Cancellation Policy


COVID REFUND POLICY
You will receive a full refund, less 100 euro administration fee in case of any of the following:

  • the retreat is postponed due to restrictions and the new dates do not suit you;

  • you are ill with Corona and have a doctors certification; 

  • borders are closed between where you are flying out of and Spain (with proof);

  • you can not enter Spain because of your vaccination status.

If you cannot attend the retreat for any reason other than COVID Regulations our Normal Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

NORMAL REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The 450 euro deposit is to ground your place and is strictly non refundable or transferable.

  • If you cancel via email before April 11th, you will receive a refund of any money paid in excess of the deposit.

  • If you cancel less than one month before there is no refund however the balance of funds can be transferred to another person attending the same event when written notice is given to Nathalie or Eszter prior to the event beginning.

  • In the event of a medical emergency and you provide a medical certificate, you may transfer your deposit to a future date or receive a refund less 150 euro administration fee
