“Ever since happiness heard your name, it has been running through the streets trying to find you.

I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in the darkness, the astonishing light of your own being.” ~Hafiz

The sessions

The people in the Sudan have been witnessing deeply traumatic events. You may be experiencing feelings of overwhelm, guilt, anger, deep sadness and despair.  You may feel that you are in survival mode and need to keep going.  My role is to provide you with a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to be with the suffering.

I grew up in the Sudan and have a deep love for the country and the people. I have been offering therapy to women in the Sudan for over two years now.

My role is to walk with you through the darkness, as you remember your light. My Arabic is weak, so I prefer to hold sessions in English with a little spoken Arabic.

Sessions will be held online and will last 55 minutes.

Contact me if you would like to schedule a free introductory session.
